These are brief minutes of the meeting held on Feb 15.
Present: Jen, Elaine, Kathy, Sara, Alessandra, Emily, Erin.

A lot of email and phone calls are happening almost everyday.

The main subject discussed at the meeting was "Set Up" and "decoration".
Erin Uesugi (set up chair) presented and we discussed floor plan and set up plan.
The theme this year is very inspirational, indeed. Erin proposed
many beautiful ideas, such as arches decorated with leaves, cardboards of trees.
Final floor plan and plan for set up need to be ready before Feb 28 (meeting with Mira Vista)

Emily presented the list of all the art projects for each class (except 8th grade).
It's quite a progress, she managed to get all those volunteers to come up with wonderful ideas.

Solicitations are moving along.  Jen is mailing out letters.

Getaways: we need to go back to last year's big donations and try to get them again.
